Coolant Fluids

Coolant is used in your engine to keep the temperature from getting either too hot or too cold. It protects from freezing winter weather conditions & blistering summer heat, keeping the temperature of your
engine stable under all conditions. Antifreeze is formulated to do two important tasks - it lowers the freezing point of water in your vehicle and raises the boiling point at the same time. Internal combustion engines can get very hot and need heat transfer fluid to absorb the heat and transport it to the radiator. The high boiling point of coolant means it won't boil and evaporate which could lead to expensive engine damage. The low freezing point means that when temperatures drop below zero in winter the water in your car won't freeze and will still be able to circulate around your car.
